Refund policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. The order may be exchanged or refunded. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original state and in perfect condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipment method. After an initial exchange or refund, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund of your order. Any reservations regarding the condition of the products (e.g. damaged or open package) must be notified immediately upon receipt of the order.

1. Contact Atelier Souane by e-mail at contact@ateliersouane.com to make your request. Please include your order number and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will then give you the address to which to return the parcel.

2. Then choose your shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you choose tracked delivery.

3. If you have requested a refund, it will be made upon receipt of the parcel within 10 working days, after examination of the items. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

If you have requested an exchange, after checking the item, we will send you the new item you have requested by e-mail, within 5 working days and subject to stock availability.
